RESOLUTION NO. 99-15 A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE CREATION OF A PROPOSED LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 126 OF THE ClTY OF MOSCOW DEALING WITH PROTESTS AND THEIR DISPOSITION AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO. ClTY OF MOSCOW LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO LOCAL IMPROVEMENT NO. 126 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moscow as follows: WHEREAS, it appears that the Affadavit of Publication of the Notice of Intention, which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, relative to the creation of proposed Local Improvement District No. 126 has been examined by the Mayor and Council of the City of Moscow for said City of Moscow. WHEREAS, it appears that the City Clerk did mail a copy of the Notice of Resolution of Intention and of Hearing to each owner within the proposed District, and that an Affidavit of Mailing of Notice to create said Local Improvement District is on file in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the following protests were filed: NAME OF OBJECTOR DESCRIPTION PROPERTY I REASON FOR OBJECTING I i Vivian and Donald Harbin 616 West C Street 11. do not want one-way street; 2. proposed LIDs 126 and 127 leave unpaved section between, while City was compelled to eliminate the I same situation on Palouse . LID 126 does not involve a one-way street; a one way section is proposed for LID 127 only; 2. Situation.,., on Palouse River Drive and C Street are not equivalent, and do not allow comparison; 3. not a compelling justificalion, as costs are I distributed equitably and project is desired by majority I of resident homeowners in thtb district. 1999.
