CITY agrees to pay FRANCHISEE the amount shown herein for curbside collection of recyclable materials performed pursuant to this Franchise, as may hereafter be adjusted in accordance with this Franchise Section 11. 1. Initial Education Costs Year One - *One Time Only *$5,725.00 *November 25, 1998 through November 24, 1999 2. Base Rate Years Two Through Term: Educational Costs $2,790.58 Start: November 25, 1999 3.
