JOHNSON, Husband and Wife, whose current address is 1562 East Third Street, Moscow, ID 8383, GRANTORS, for value received, do hereby convey and dedicate unto the CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, an Idaho municipal corporation, GRANTEE, 206 East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843, for public street and customary related public uses, the following described real property situated in the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho, to-wit: A parcel of land comprised of a portion of Lot 4, Block 2 of the East Third Street Addition to the City of Moscow, the plat of said addition recorded in Book 6 of Plats, page 66, records of Latah County, Idaho, with said portion being shown on the attached Exhibit and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence N89°35'W 22.16 feet along the north right-of-way line of Third Street; thence northeasterly 34.72 feet along a curve to the left having a radius of 22 feet, a central angle of 90°25'00", and a chord bearing N45°12'30"E 31.23 feet, to a point on the west right-of-way line of Mountainview Road; thence South 22.16 feet along said west right-of-way line to the point of beginning.
