AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY FOR EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MOSER'S SIXTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW I, Matt E. Ruck, as owner of Lewis Development LLC agree that the cash security in the amount of $4,230.00 furnished to the City of Moscow in accordance with the provisions of Section 3316.3.6 of City of Moscow Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance (Ord. No. 98-1) will be held by the City until erosion and sediment control of the disturbed areas is complete, and established, in accordance with the provisions of said ordinance. I agree that erosion and sediment control as set forth in the Ordinance is my full obligation and responsibility. Should I fail to complete and maintain such control in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Ordinance the City may utilize the security to pay the costs to accomplish and/or maintain erosion and sediment control on this site. I agree that the terms of this agreement are effective for a period of 18 months from the date of the grading permit issued by the City of Moscow for this development er: Lewis Development LLC 2001-40
