RESOLUTION NO. 2008-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF REVISED FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULARLY CHARGED AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, City Council deems it advisable to adopt existing fees set by earlier ordinances and resolutions in one general fee resolution; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that the fees included in this Resolution are appropriate and are reasonably related to the purpose for which such fees are charged. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow as follows: l. That the fees set forth in Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, be in force and effect in all matters relating to fees from and after the I" day of October 2008. 2. That this Resolution amends Resolution 2008-I 4. 3. That any resolution or provision thereof which is inconsistent with this Resolution is hereby repealed.
