August 25, 2000 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 Project: MOUNTAINVIEW ROAD- TO STREET - 101-00 1 INSTALL ILLUMINATION CONDUIT Illumination plans were not completed at the time of bidding the construction of Mountainview Road. Since then, detaiis have been worked out with AVIST A for placement of poles and furnishing underground power. AVIST A is furnishing and installing power conduits and the City of Moscow is to be responsible for the trenching and backfill. We have negotiated a price to do this work with Adairco, Inc. since they are doing the other work on this project. The per foot cost to excavate and backfill conduits for lighting and warning signs includes all materials, labor and equipment. The estimated cost for the City of Moscow portion of the work is $3,080.1 0.
