December 21, 1993 CHANGE ORDER NO. ONE Moser Booster Station City of Moscow, Idaho - Wind River Construction, Inc. Project No. 113-93 1. Additional work was required to relocate the 6-inch watermain shutoff valve from where it had been shown on the plans. Excavation at the originally marked location revealed an unknown corporation stop for a water service that prevented the valve from being located there. Added Cost . . $1,347.00 2. Additional stainless steel electrical gutter. A 4-foot long gutter shown on the plans needed to be 5 feet in length to better accommodate the electrical equipment layout. Added Cost . $ 100.00 3. Additional work to modify the BILCO aluminum access hatch. A "stock" gutter drain outlet was repositioned to accommodate the low point of the roof. Not required under the original scope of work.
