Nordquist, 829 Victoria Drive, Moscow, Idaho, 83843 (hereinafter "GRANTORS"). W I T N E S S E T H: That GRANTORS, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby REMISE, RELEASE, and QUITCLAIM, unto GRANTEE and its successors and assigns forever, real property situated in the County of Latah, State of Idaho and more particularly described hereinbelow and shown as Tract A in Exhibit attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, for public pathway and related uses, the following described real property, situated in the County of Latah, state of Idaho. Together with all estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, in law as well as in equity of the GRANTORS in or to the said property, and all singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging. A parcel of land located in the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, Boise Meridian, Latah County, Idaho, as shown on the attached EXHIBIT and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 3 of Anderson's 1st Addition known as the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said parcel; thence N85°56'08"E 10.00 feet along the north boundary of said Lot 6 to a point on the north boundary of Lot 6; thence S00°51 '40"E 40.13 feet along the west boundary of said parcel; thence S30°13'39"W 48.34 feet to a point on the south boundary of said Lot 6; thence S85°56'08"W 25.18 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence N25°06'26"E 91.62 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 6 known as TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said parcel.
