This ordinance is an amendment to Ordinance Noo 1033 of the City of Moscow, Idahoo SECTION 5, All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance, insofar as said ordinances in any way conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed. SECTION 6o If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this ordinance, or the ordinance as an entirety, it being the legislative intent that this ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of such section, sentence, clause or phraseo SECTION 7. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and first publication thereof.
