Box 9203 1515 East Street Moscow, ID 83843 RE: Hamilton-Lowe Aquatics Center, 98047 - 3Aa Dear Randy: Thank you for your request for our proposal to provide Construction Management Services for the Hamilton-Lowe Aquatics Center. As discussed, the on-site presence the City desires necessrtates local representatJOn and, as a result, we have contacted Chick Mahbun of Assocrated Architects in Moscow. Chick would perform the tasks outlined in the attached letter under our direction. We have worked with Chick in a similar capacity successfully in past projects. Per our contract, the amount proposed by Associated Architects would be marked up 10% for a not-to-exceed total of$27,475. Please let me know if you have any questions.
