Fill and compact with 18 inches of 4 inch basalt shot rock, Fill the remainder of the footing fill above the basalt shot rock (ballast rock) with ML soil in 6 inch lifts and compacted. All work to be in strict accordance with the included "Daily Report" dated July 6, 1993 by Chris Beck of Howard Consultants, Inc.
