ORDINANCE NO. 1103 / .RhJ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. µ OF T ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF I'10SCOW, IDAHO, AND SPECIFICALLY REPEALING HEREWITH ORDINANCE NO. 1101 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO BY DEFINING, ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING IN THIS ORDINANCE THE BOUNDARIES AND CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE 1..1\WS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO MADE AND PROVIDED FOR THE ESTABLISHl"lENT OF THE BOUNDARIES AND THE ANNEXATION OF ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY; AND FOR THE REPEALING OF ANY OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND FOR A SEVERANCE AND SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this ordinance, or the ordinance as an entirety, it being the legislative intent that this ordinance shall stand notwith- standing the invalidity of such section, sentence, clause or phraseo SECTION 7o This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and first publication thereof.
