Needs 161 Mat1a1d 0Pve 8o1SP Idaho 83705 3974 February 14, 1990 Attention: Mr. Gary Preso1, Public Works Director Subject: Water Storage Reservoir Project - Contract Amendment Gentlemen: le)eohc'le t2v81 '>i:SIJ5 As per our discussions, the January 23, 1990 Water Storage Reservoir Project contract between the City of Moscow and JMM shall be amended to include costs for geotechnical investigations and colored renderings of reservoir site plans for presentation to the City Planning and Zoning Commission. The costs are estimated to be $4,830 for the geotech nical investigations and $1,150 for the renderings, for a total of approximately $6,000. Therefore the contract shall be amended as follows: C. FEES AND CONDITIONS FOR ENGlNEERING SERVICES The estimated cost for completion of Phase I - Preliminary Conceptual Design shall be increased from a range of $18,500 to $24,500 to a range of $24,500 to $30,500. The $30,500 amount shall not be exceeded without the City's written approval. If the above proposal meets with your approval, it may serve as the basis for amending our January 23, 1990 agreement by affixing the signatures in the spaces provided below.
