ORD INANCE NO. 1002 _ _ AN ORDINANCE VACAT ING THE ALLEY B ETWEEN THE SO U TH L INE OF LOTS ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR AND F IVE, OF GEORGE B REMER'S SECOND ADD ITION TO THE C ITY OF MOSCOW, AND THE NORTH LINE OF LOT SIX OF GEORGE B REMER'S SECOND ADD IT ION TO THE C ITY OF MOSCOW , AND PROV ID ING THAT THE ALLEY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROV IDED B Y SECT ION 5 0 -112 4 OF THE IDAHO CODE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: Section 1. That the alley situated in the City of Moscow, Idaho, and more fully described as follows, to-wit: B eginning at the southwest corner of Lot Five of George B remer's Second Addition to the City of Moscow; thence east along the s.outh line of Lots Five Four Three Two and One to the southeast corner of Lot One thence south to the northeast corner of Lot Six thence west along the north line of Lot Six to the northwest corner of Lot Six thence north to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby vacated. Section 2. That the alley so vacated shall revert to Peter Petersen, being the owner of all the real property adjacent thereto, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section 3. That the rule requiring three readings of such ordinance having been lawfully waived, said ordinance be and the same is hereby ordained to be in full force and effect from the date of its passage, approval and publication.
