TASK ORDER NO. 1 Pursuant to the MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO AND TD&H ENGINEERING This Task Order is made this I S day ofS'ek» 20 I lo, and entered into by and between the City of Moscow, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State ofldaho (hereinafter "City"), and accepted by TD&H Engineering (hereinafter "Engineer"), pursuant to the mutual promises, covenants and conditions contained in the Master Agreement (General Civil Engineering services) between the above mentioned parties dated the 15 day of bt v, 20 The Project Name for this Task Order #1 is as follows: CITY OF MOSCOW MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT UNDERSTANDING In accordance with attached TD&H Engineering proposal dated August 17, 2016, with the exception of the December 16, 2016 deadline for the conceptual design and visualization exhibits in the Compensation and Completion Schedule hereinbelow. SCOPE OF WORK In accordance with attached TD&H Engineering proposal dated August 17, 2016, with the exception of the December 16, 2016 deadline for the conceptual design and visualization exhibits in the Compensation and Completion Schedule hereinbelow. ASSUMPTIONS In accordance with attached TD&H Engineering proposal dated August 17, 2016, with the exception of the December 16, 2016 deadline for the conceptual design and visualization exhibits in the Compensation and Completion Schedule hereinbelow. TIME OF COMPLETION AND COMPENSATION SCHEDULE The following schedule is based on a Notice to Proceed {NTP) from the City by September 10, 2016 and resulting in Final Design to be completed by December 16, 2016. An NTP issued on a different date will change the schedule accordingly. TASK ORDER NO. No compensation will be paid over the Not-To Exceed amount without prior written approval by the City in the form of a Change Order. invoices shall be billed as a percentage of work completed. Any and all travel will only be reimbursed if pre-approved by the Project Manager, and only per the City of Moscow Travel Policy. Reimbursable expenses will be paid at cost and only if pre-approved by the Project Manager, and accompanied by an itemized receipt. Any travel and/or reimbursables paid will be paid as part of the Not-To-Exceed Task Order Total per the Compensation and Completion Schedule above.
