RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 02 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AGREEING TO SUPPORT THE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION SUBMITTAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PALOUSE RIVER DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT TO THE LOCAL HIGHWAY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE COUNCIL (LHTAC); PROVIDING THIS RESOLUTION TO BE EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL. WHEREAS, the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (hereinafter referred to as "LHTAC"), has made a call for submittals of proposed projects for funding under the Surface Transportation Program Urban (STP-U) program; and WHEREAS, the City of Moscow (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") has identified a project for potential funding in the proposed Palouse River Drive Improvements project; and WHEREAS, the estimated total project cost is $1,032,400.00, which will require $75,800.00 of local matching funds available from the CITY; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow, Idaho as follows: That the Mayor is herby authorized and directed to sign the project identification packet and submit to LHT AC for prioritization.
