ORDINANCE NO. 1284 AN ORDINANCE VACATING FROM STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MOSCOW, COUNTY OF LATAH, STATE OF IDAHO TO-WIT: THAT PORTION OF THE STREET LYING WITHIN BLOCK 19 OF THE SUNNYSIDE ADDITION AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF SUNNYSIDE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW: AND PROVIDING THAT PORTION OF SAID STREET SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF ADJACENT PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-311 OF THE IDAHO CODE: AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the streets of the City of Moscow, situated in Latah County, State of Idaho, to-wit: A parcel of land located in the SE² NW² OF SEC. 17 T 39N, R 5W B M and being a part of the Sunnyside Addition to Moscow, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 1, Block 19, Sunnyside Addition to Moscow, Idaho, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence Southerly along Easterly Boundary of Lots 1 and 2, Block 19 of said Sunnyside Addition a distance of 141.58 feet to the Northerly Right­ Of-Way of State Highway 8. Thence Southeasterly along said Northerly Right-Of-Way of State Highway 8 a distance of 22.12 feet to the Westerly Boundary of Lot 9, Block 19. Thence Northerly along Westerly Boundary of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 19 a distance of 151.02 feet to the North Westerly corner of Lot 12 Block 19. Thence Westerly along Southerly Right-Of-vJay of Hunter Street a distance of 20 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Area 2926 Sq. Ft. SECTION 2. That the portion of the street of the City of Moscow, Idaho so vacated shall revert to the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and 21 days following its publication. SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance, insofar, as said Ordinances in any way conflict with this Ordinance, are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. his Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and first publication thereof. r!
