ORDINANCE NO. ftf AN ORDINANCE AMENDINS ORDINANCE NO. 990 10 DEFINE, ESfABLISH AND D}I;LARE THE BOUNDARIES AND CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, LATAH OOONTY, STATE OF IDAHO, IN AOOORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO MADE AND PROVIDE) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOUNDARIES AND THE ANNEXATION OF ADJACENT AND OONTIGUOJS TERRITORY; AND FOR THE REPEALING OF ANY ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND FOR A SEVERANCE AND SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND F.OR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MO&X>W, IDAHO; SECTION 1: The City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, included and encompassed within the lines and boundaries as in this ordinance bounded and described. SECTION 2: The boundaries and corporate limits of the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, are hereby established and ordained to be as follows: Commencing at a point on Street, which is three hundred ninety eight and four tenths (398.4) feet West of the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEt) of Section Eight Township Thirty nine (39) North, Range Five West Boise Meridian, and running thence North about one thousand eighty (1080) feet to a point on the north line of Street, thence West about one hundred seventy {170) feet on said north line of Street to the southeast corner of the W. K. SECTION 3: All that territory bounded and included within the lines set forth in Section 2 of this ordinance is hereby declared and ordained to be within the corporate limits of the City of Moscow, and to be and constitute the territory subject to the jurisdiction of the municipality of the City of Moscow, Countyo/ of Latah, State of Idaho. . . ---PAGE BREAK--- SECTION 4: This ordinance is an amendment to Ordinance No. 990 of the City of Moscow, Idaho. SECTION 5: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance, insofar as said ordinances in any way conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed. SECTION 6: If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this ordinance, or the ordinance as an entirety, it being the legislative intent that this ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of such section, sentence, clause or phrase.
