ADDENDUM No.1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING OF CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, PHASE III WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES DATED JULY 12,1999, BY AND BETWEEN TilE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, AND KIMBALL ENGINEERING, P.A. The following changes are made pursuant to Section IV N of the Agreement: Delete Section III B 2 b and insert the following new Section III B 2 b: b. Section II-Construction Monitoring Services for Base Project plus Additive Item Second Sludge Holding Tank. Fee shall be a lump sum of$897,025. Fee includes inspection, as-built drawings, submittal review, startup services, sewer use and user fee ordinances, Operation and Maintenance Manual, and 1-Year Certification. Fees are based on Exhibit A-2 and the cost summary. Add the following new Section III C 2, Time of Completion: 2. Construction Monitoring Services for Base Project plus Additive Item Second Sludge Holding Tank, are estimated to include 40 days bidding, 530 days construction, and 11- month warranty period.
