PARTNER AGREEMENT Rebus an Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) prosram that helps local and regional Partnerships ·In their communities through improved energy emciency in commercial and multifamily buildings, and public housing. lD WR provides assistance, products, and services. 10 help community Partnerships plan and carry out energy efficient retrofits. THE REBUILD MOSCOW COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP AGREES THAT: Increasing the energy efficiency of buildings is a win-win opportunity for our communities and the nation. More energy efficient buildings reduce building energy costs, increase available capital, spur economic growth, and improve working and living environments. THE REBUILD MOSCOW COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP ALSO AGREES TO: t Designate the City of Moscow as point of contact for the Partnership. • Recognize each Partner as an active participant in the Rebuild Moscow Community Partnership. + Promote exchanges of information and provide guidance information. + Include the Partners in workshops and training on applicable energy efficiency and renewable energy Iopics. + Support Partners in achieving economic, energy, and environmental community and business objectives. t Develop action items to add to their community partnership action plan, which will plan, organize and carry .out the building energy-efficiency retrofits and/or other energy activities. The Partner's action items may include, but lire not limitad to, a description of proposed energy efficiency measures, a strategy to carry them out, and expected costs and savings. These items will define means to verify the types and numbers of buildings treated, resultant energy savings, and the natore of tachnical assistance desired. + Build a one-year strategic plan defining yearly energy and resource saving actions (each partner).
