BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR NJD CO.Ji':CIL OF THE CITY OF J\iOSC'JVJ, IDA!-!0: Section 1. -::·hat a strip of ground twenty (20) feet in width adjacent to Lots One Two and Three of Block One and Lots One and Two of Block Two of Orchard Place Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point thirty (30) feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Five Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Five 1Nest Boise Meridian, said beginning point being also the southeast corner of said Orchard Place Addition, and running thence North a distance of six hundred sixty (660) feet on the east line of said addition to the northeast corner of said addition, thence east a distance of twenty (20) feet, thence south a distance of six hundred sixty (660) feet on a line parallel to and twenty (20) feet east of the east line of Orchard Place Addition, thence west a distance of twenty (20) feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is, hereby vacated. Section 2. That the street so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section 3. .i..his ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication. Passed by the Council of August, 1961.
