ORDINANCE NO. 1146 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MOSCOW, COUNTY OF LATAR, STATE OF IDAHO,· TO-WIT; BEGINNI.NG AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION EIGHT TOWNSHIP TRIRTY-NINE (39) , NORTH", RANGE FIVE (51 WEST OF THE BOI.SE MERIDillli f THENCE N 89 ° 371. W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SA.ID SECTION A DISTANCE OF 130000 FEET; THENCE N 00° 02t E A DISTANCE OF 148.56 FEET TO THE TRUE pOINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 09° 501 40" W A D ISTANCE OF 90.09 FEET; THENCE S 89° 351: W A DISTANCE OF 15.41 F EET; THENCE S 00° 021. W A DISTANCE OF 88.65 FEET .TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND PROVIDING THAT SAID PROPERTY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY, IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-311 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE M AYOR AND THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: Section 1: That the following described property situated in Latah County, State of Idaho, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section Eight ( 8) , Township Thirty-nine (39 J North, Range Five West of the Boise Meridian; thence N 89° 37l W along the South line of said section a distance of 1300.0 feet; thence N 00 ° 0 2 E a distance of 14 8. 56 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N 09° SOt. 40" W a distance of 90.09 feet; thence S 89° 351. W a distance of 15.41 feet; thence S 00° 022 W a distance of 88.65 feet to the true point of beginning, be and the same is hereby, vacated. Section 2: That the property so vacated shall revert to the owner of the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 of the Idaho Code. Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and pub- lication.
