RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT Project Name: University Heights Sanitary Sewer Easements THIS RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT , made this 1_ day of 2015 between the City of Moscow, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, 206 East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho, 83843 (hereinafter "CITY"), and Z (hereinafter "GRANTOR(S)") #E J3J5 whose address lS I 7-07- ft j GRANTOR(S) give(s) to CITY without further consideration, a Right of Entry for ingress and egress to allow CITY to perform necessary surveying on GRANTOR's property for the delineation of a proposed sanitary sewer easement through GRANTOR'S property.
