City of Moscow Street Department Temporary Banner Application All requests must be filled out on this form and filed with the Moscow Street Department at least two weeks before the requested dates. Requests will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis beginning the first workday back from the New Year. Notification will be made to the requesting group within three business days of the receipt of the application. The maximum time for the banner display over Main Street will be fourteen (14) days. Small banners are allowed for a one month period. Any banner may only be displayed once in a 6 month period. All other rules stated will apply. Upon approval the installation fees of $150.00 will apply for the Main Street Banner, $45.00 will apply for the small event banners and must be paid at the time the banners are delivered to the City of Moscow Street Shop. Approved usage will be primarily for non-profit community organizations and will generally be confined to public notification of community events. All banners must be constructed in accordance with the attached “Banner Standards”. Any banner that becomes torn or dilapidated while in place will be removed. Upon repair, the owner will be assessed a second charge for re-installation. Banners must be retrieved from the city shop within one week of removal.
