AMENDMENT TO ANTENNA CO-LOCATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO AND NEZ PERCE TRIBE THIS AMENDMENT TO ANTENNA CO-LOCATION AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Amendment") is made by the Nez Perce Tribe and City of Moscow, Idaho, parties to the Antenna Co-Location Agreement ("Agreement") dated March 18, 2013 (attached). Amendment Purpose. To change the installation locations and equipment, as follows: Modify location of network equipment from City Hall, 206 East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho (Lat 46 43' 57.144" N; Long -116 59' 58.92" W to Eggan Youth Center, 1515 East Street, Moscow, Idaho (Lat 46 44' 13.8" N; Long -116 58' 52.2" Eggan Youth Center Equipment List: Rooftop: URM Roof Mount Dragonwave antenna (Model A-ANT-180-3) Dragonwave Quantum radio (Model 18QD50HFC36v05) Cat Se cable IT Room Rack: Microtik Router Dragonwave Quantum Modem UPS Battery back-up unit Moscow City Hall Equipment List: IT Room Rack: Microtik Router Except as set forth in this Amendment, all other original terms of the Agreement are unaffected and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
