RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT Project Name: Tobiska Drive THIS AGREEMENT, made thisi day of ft! , 2014 between the City of Moscow, Idaho herein call CITY, and TODD NDREWS, herein called GRANTOR(S) who owns the residence at address 914 East Street. GRANTOR(S) give(s) to CITY without further consideration, a Right of Entry for ingress and egress. In addition, GRANTOR(S) further agree(s) to allow CITY to perform necessary surveying on GRANTOR's property to monitor the apparent movement of the Tobiska Drive curb, paving, retaining walls, and supporting soil. This agreement is executed the day and year set out above. Re: Tobiska Court Geotechnical Investigation: Right of Entry for 914 E. F Street Stephanie, The cul-de-sac that is Tobiska Court is showing signs of excessive pavement cracking which may be resulting from the failure of a retaining wall at 914 E. F Street. We have received the permission of the owner of the property, Mr. Todd Andrews, to access his property to assess the situation and monitor the movement of the wall.
