RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - 05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF REVISED FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULARLY CHARGED AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE AND AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION 2003-08; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, City Council deems it advisable to adopt fees related to City receipt of portable wastes; and WHEREAS, Council deems it appropriate and necessary to cover the costs associated with the administration, inspection, testing and treatment of portable waste discharge at the City Wastewater Treatment Plant; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that the fees ineluded in this Resolution are appropriate and are reasonably related to the purpose for which such fees are charged; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow, Idaho as follows: I. Fees for Portable Waste Discharge at the City Wastewater Treatment Plant shall be assessed as follows: A. Ten dollars 0) per load of up to three hundred (300) gallons; B. An additional eight cent fee shall be assessed for each gallon over three hundred (300) gallons. 2. That the fees set forth herein be in force and effect in all matters relating to fees from and after the 3'd day of February, 2004. 3. That any Resolution or provision thereof which is inconsistent with this Resolution is hereby repealed. ADOPTED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 17th day of F 2004.
