ORDINANCE NO. 1295 \-.AN ORDINANCE AHENDING ORDINANCE NO. I27I OF THE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF - MOSCOW, IDAHO, AS AHENDED BY DEFINING, ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING IN THIS ORDINANCE THE BOUNDARIES AND CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF HOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO MADE AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOUNDARIES AND THE ANNEXATION OF ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY: AND FOR THE REPEALING OF ANY OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH: AND FOR A SEVERANCE AND SAVINGS CLAUSE: AND FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE UAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION I: The City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, included and encompassed within the lines and boundaries as in this Ordinance bounded and described. SECTION 2: The boundaries and corporate limits of the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, are hereby established and ordained to be as follows: Commencing at a point on Street, which is 30.00 feet west of the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 8, T 39 N, R 5 W, B.M.; running thence North along the west right-of-way line of Mountainview Road a distance of 4J7.35 feet; thence S 89° 30' E a distance of 525. 00 feet; thence South a distance of 387. 35 feet to a point which is the southeast corner of Lot 8 of Schumacher's Aduition as shown on the recorded plat thereof, said point also being on the north right-of-way line of Street; thence S 89° 30' E along said north right-of-way a distance of 1050. 25 feet; thence South a distance of 60.00 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line of Street, said point being the northwest corner of the Moscow School District, HcDonald School property as described in Book of Deeds 163, page 324, of the Latah County records; thence South a distance of 455.48 feet along the west line of said school property to the southwest corner of said school property; thence S 89° 30' E a distance of 885.25 feet to the southeast corner of said school property; thence North a distance of 455. 48 feet along the east line of said school property to the south right-of-way line of Street; thence S 89° 30' E a distance of 220.00 feet along said south right-of-way line to a point on the west line of the southeast quarter of Section 9.
