NOR'l'llEAS'l' QUARTER OF SECTION 171 TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH 1 RANGE 5 \"II:.ST, lJOISE MERIDIAN 1 AND IS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE: AND PROVIDING THAT SAID ALLEY SO VACA'l'ED SHALL RLVI:;RT TO '!'HE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN 'l'HE HJ\N Iżl:.R PROVIDI:.D BY SECTIOH S0-311 AND S0-1306A OF '!'HE IDAHO CODE: AlllJ PROV IIJING FOR TilE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE AND THE PUBLICATION THEREOF. BE I ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF l10SCOW 1 lDAllO: SECTION 1: A 20.0 foot wide East-West alley approxi mately 232.0 feet long located between Lynn Avenue and Hayes Street extension and be tween Sixth Street and Seventh Street in Block One of Robbins Addition to the City of !'-los cow, Idaho, as shown by the re corded plat thereof, the Western terminus of said alley being 99.0 feet East of the Western line of said Block One and the Northern right-of-way line of said alley being the Southern property lines of the Ervin D. Rymes, Roger M. McQueen and Harlie w. Gunther properties and the Southern right-of way line of said alley being the Northern property lines of the Ervin D. Rymes, James R. Applonie and John Hallaq properties, the more particular description, in two parcels, beinq as follows: Parcel One Beginning 315.875 feet l.ast and 230.0 feet South of the Northwest corner of the tJortheas t Quarter (HE 1/4) of Section Seventeen ( 17) , Township 'fhirty-nine ( 39) North, Range Five West, Doise Meridian and runninq thence West a distance of 226.875 feet; thence South a distance of 20.0 feet; thence Last a distance 226.875 feet; thence North a distance of 20.0 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel Two Beginning 315.875 feet East and 230.0 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Seventeen (17) Township Thirty-nine (39) North, P.ange Five West Boise Žeridian and running thence South a distance of 20.0 feet; thence East a distance of 6.85 feet; thence N 2° 07' 08ž W 20.01 feet; thence West a distance of 6.11 feet to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby, vacated.
