JUNE 12, 1996 CHANGE OR DER NO. 1 Project: NURSERY STREET L.I.D. 119 There were three soft areas encountered when the existing base course was being processed. We had Poe dig out the areas a minimum of 12 inches deep and place fabric and base rock for stabilization. They agreed to do this for the same price we were bid on Stokes addition by Quad-Cities Constr. The total area of the three dig-outs was 191 square yards. The price which was accepted on Stokes L.I.D. was $7.70/s.y. which would bring the cost to $1.470.70.
