October 4, 1993 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 6th and Deakin Water System and Sanitary Sewer System Improvements Project No. 1 07-93 1. Install 6-inch gate valve in the existing water main along Deakin Avenue in front of the St. Augustine's Catholic Center. The addition of this valve allowed the water main to the north to be shutdown for lowering (to clear the new san. sew. main) without interupting water service to St. Augustine's, the U ofl Sub, and the U ofl Bookstore. The need for this valve had not been anticipated and was not shown on the plans. COST $1,4 09.21 2.
