§ 7-1 TITLE 1 — GENERAL § 7-1 Chapter 7 DEPOSITORIES Sec. 7-1: Designation of Depositories Sec. 7-1. Designation of Depositories. The City Treasurer and Finance Director shall deposit and keep all moneys of the City in such depositories as may be authorized by law as provided for by Idaho Code, Section 50-1013 and Chapter 1 of Title 57, Idaho Code.
