This listing to be included with AIA Document G70 1, Change Order. Additional documentation may be included. Change Proposal # 1 Items- Item I Item 2 Item 3 Item 4 Enlarge window at Room 309A from 2'-0"x3'-6" to 2'-0"x3'-6". Reinstall sheet rock and trim. Provide header over the entire window. Add $365.00 Lower existing urinal plumbing and repair drywall as required to meet ADA requirements in Room 306. Add $417.00 Modify the ceiling work as described below: 1. Provide glue on ceiling tile at Elevator Lobby 303 in lieu of suspended. Omit ceiling grid in this room. New ceiling tile to be 12"x12"x5/8" Minatone Cortega or approved equal. Color to be white. 2. Omit new fluorescent light fixture in Elevator Lobby 303 in lieu of existing. Existing light fixture to remain. Trim ceiling tile out neatly at perimeter of light. 3. Change suspended ceiling panels from 2'x4'x3/4" Bold Look (2'x2' look) to 2'x4'x5/8" Minaboard Cortega (2'x4' look) or approved equal. Color to be white. Add/Deduct $0.00 Modify the Cabinet/Furnishing work as described below: ---PAGE BREAK--- CKA Item 5 CASTELLAW KOM ARCHITECTS 1. Locate shelving called for in Janitor 308 to north wall of Utility 304. 2. Provide credit for location of cabinet tops to be located below the window sill at Wrk Rm 309B and Break Rm 302A 3. Add two lateral file drawers at the north wall of Code Enforcement Reception 313 in lieu of base cabinets. 4. Rearrange cabinetry in Code Enforcement Reception 313 as indicated on the shop drawings ( same lineal feet of cabinetry just rearranged). Note: legal file drawers are to be convertible to letter file drawers at a later date. 5. Add one grommet at Code Enforcement Reception 313. 6. Omit one side of base cabinets at copier alcove in Corridor 310. 7. Furnishing tops to be changed from 1" melamine to 3/4" plastic laminate. Note that the conference table in City Supervisor 317 already has a plastic laminate top. 8. Add grommet at Breakroom 302A. Add $431.25 Install grounding jumpers on all wiremolds and replace all receptacles and plates to conform with specifications. Additionally, replace all existing switches in all offices with spec. grade devices to match new devices. Add $1269.14
