ADDENDUM No. ONE Construction Easement Agreement Between Fountain Living Trust and City of Moscow, Idaho for Construction of Sanitary Sewer South Lift Station Agreement Dated July 3, 2007 with Latah County Recording No. 515880 The following change is hereby made to the aforesaid and described Agreement. This Addendum. as set forth herein, shall become an integral part of the Agreement. Paragraph Numbered on page I of3 of the Agreement shaJI read as follows: 2.
