RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT Project No: 106-015 Project Name: Moscow City-Wide Sidewalk Replacement Project - 2015 THIS AGREEMENT, made this :JO day of /1 V , 2015 between the City of Moscow, Idaho herein call CITY, and Domi6°ick Ventresca, herein called GRANTOR(S) who owns the residence at address 694 Lund Lane. GRANTOR(S) give(s) to CITY without further consideration, a Right of Entry for ingress and egress. In addition, GRANTOR(S) further agree(s) to allow CITY to perform necessary surveying and construction on GRANTOR's property to remove and replace landscaping as required to allow the new CITY sidewalk to match GRANTOR's existing landscaping.
