ORDINANCE NJ. 1000 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE S(lJTH FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF SI'YNER AVENUE BETWEEN THE EAST' RIGI-IT-OF-WAY LINE QF U. S. HIGHWAY NO. 95 AND THE EAST' LINE ClF THE QJARTER OF THE Sa.JTHWEST QJARTER (N\V:fSVti-) OF SECTIJN SEVENTEEN (17), TOWNSHIP THIRTY-NINE (39) N'}RTH, RANGE FIVE WEST' &JISE MERIDIAN, IN THE CITY OF MOJW, LATAH Ca.JNTY, IDAH), AND PROVIDING THAT THE STREET SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE Õ)WNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDID BY SECTION 50-1124 OF THE IDAHO CJDE; AND PROVIDING FJR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT JRDAINID BY THE MAY'JR AND OF THE CITY OF MJSCOW, IDAHO: Section 1. That the South fifteen (15) feet of Styner Avenue between the East right-of-way line of u.s. Highway No. 95 and the East line of the Northwest f uarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Seven teen (17), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Five West Boise Meridian, situated in the City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, that part of Styner Avenue being vacated being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line of Styner Avenue and the East right-of-way line of u. s. Highway No. 95, said point of intersection being located three hundred ninety (390) feet South and about fifty-eight (58) feet East of the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SÖ}) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Five West Boise Meridian, and running thence East a distance of one thousand two hundred sixty-two (1262) feet, more or less, along the South line of Styner Avenue to the East line of the Northwest Quarter (Nwf) of said Southwest Quarter of Section Five thence North a distance of fifteen (15) feet, thence West a distance of one thousand two hundred sixty-two (1262) feet, more or less, along a line fifteen (15) feet-North of and parallel to said South line of Styner Avenue to an intersection with said East right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No . 95, thence South a distance of fifteen (15) feet along said East right-of-way line to the point of beginning, be, and the same is, hereby vacated. Section 2. That the street so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication.
