ORDINANCE NO. 1106 AN ORDINANCE VACATING TH&T PORTION OF DEAKIN AVENUE ADJACENT TO LOTS ONE TWO THREE AND FOUR(4) ALL IN BLOCK ONE (l)OF OLESENuS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW,LATAH COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID STREET SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-1124 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1. That protion of Deakin Avenue adjacent to Lots One Two Three and Four(4) all in Block One of Olesen's Addition to the City of MOscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot Four(4) of Block One of Olesen's Addition to the City of Mbscow,; thence North along the East Line of Deakin Avenue a distance of two hundred forth six (246.0) feet to the Northerly Corner of Lot One of Block One of Olesen's Addition; thence "st a distance of eight (8!0) feet; thence South a distance of two hundred forty six (246.0) feet; thence East a distance of eight (8.0) feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby, vacated. SECTION 2. That the street so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication. PASSED by the Acouncil and APPROVED by the Mayor this 14th day of March, 1966.
