tCRDINANCE NO. 1029 AN 'ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN PORTl.cNS \CF DEAKIN AVENUE BETWEEN IDAHO AVENUE AND SIXTH SfREET FOR THE PURPOSE OF SIUDENT UNI'CN ADDITitCN NO. 5, IN THE CITY OF MOS:::tJN , COJNTY i.OF LATAH, SfATE :OF IDAHOJ AND PRWIDING THAT THE SfREET SO V/CATED SHALL REVERT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO IN THE MANNER PROJIDED BY SECTIO'J 50-1124 OF THE IDAHO CffiE; AND PROJIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS GIDINANCE. BE IT OIDAINED BY THE MAYeR AND OOJNCIL OF THE CITY :QF M'OS:)OW, IDAHO: Section 1. That certain portions of Deakin Avenue between Idaho Avenue and Sixth Street, situated in the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit: 1. Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot One in Block One of Taylor and Lauder's kddition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and running thence South a distance of three hundred fifty and ninety seven hundredths (350.97) feet along the East line of said Block Doe said East line of Block One being also the West line of Deakin Avenue, to the Southeast corner of Lot Six of said Block cne thence South a distance of fifty-and five tenths (50.5) feet on a line with said East line of Block One to a point nine and five tenths (9.5) feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot One in Block Two of said Taylor and Lauder's Addition to the City of Moscow; thence South eighty-nine degrees (89°) fifty-seven minutes (57') East a distance of nine feet on the prolongation East of a line nine and five tenths (9.5) feet North of the North line of Lot One of Block Two thence North a distance of four hundred one and ninety-seven hundredths (401.97) feet along a line parallel to and nine feet East of the East line of said Block One of Taylor and Lauder's Addition, to a point on the South line of Sixth Street and nine and one hundredths (9.01) feet North eighty-six degrees (86°) fifty-three minutes (53') East of the point of beginning; thence South eighty-six degrees (86°) fifty-three minutes (53') West a distance of nine and one hundredth (9.01) feet along said South line of Sixth Street to the point of beginning. 2. Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Five in Block Two of Taylor and Lauder's Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and running thence South a distance of eleven (11) feet along the East line of said Lot Five of Block Two said East line of Lot Five being also the West line of Deakin Avenue; thence South eighty-nine degrees (89°) fifty-seven minutes (57') East a distance of nine feet; thence North a distance of eleven (11) feet along a line parallel to and nine feet East of - - the East line of said Lot Five to a point on the prolongation Easterly of the North line of said Lot Five thence North eighty-nine degrees (89°) fifty-seven minutes (57') West a dis tance of nine feet to the point of beginning. be, and the same is, hereby vacated. Section 2. That the street so vacated shall revert to the University of Idaho, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section 3.
