RESOLUTION NO. 94-06 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, SETTING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR APPLICATIONS AND LICENSES FOR BUILDING CONTRACTORS. WHEREAS the Moscow City Council has adopted the Contractors' Licensing Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Contractors' Licensing Ordinance requires that Building Contractors' licenses be obtained from the City; and WHEREAS the fee for such licenses is to be set from time to time by the City Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW THAT: I . The Clerk of the City of Moscow is authorized, ordered, and empowered to charge an applicant $15.00 for the application for a Building Contractors' license. 2. The Clerk of the City of Moscow is authorized, ordered and empowered to charge an applicant $45.00 for the issuance of a Building Contractor's license. The initial fcc shall be effective until June 30. 1995. PASS ED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 21st day of March, 1994. ATTEST:
