Main Moscow, ID 83843 RE: Installation of the Deduct Meter Dear Mr. Garrett: The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the City has agreed to and has installed, at City's expense, a deduct meter inside your business to meter the garden center water separately from the rest of your building. This was done with the understanding that the City does not and shall not incur or be subject to any liability, cost, or responsibility for flood damage caused by or arising out of or in any way associated with your decision to have the deduct meter installed. Flood or water damage, if any, caused by a malfunctioning and/or broken meter or any other cause shall be the financial and legal responsibility of some entity other than the City of Moscow, Idaho. You may wish to provide suitable drainage and/or other precautions based on your decision. If you disagree in any way with the contents of this letter, please contact me immediately.
