3'12690 EASEMENT THIS INDENTURE, made this L/ day of March, 1985, by end between Philip L. Guil foy, Gene T. Guil foy en R. Guil foy hereinafter referred to as GRANTORS, end the City of Moscow, a Municipal Corporation organized end existing under the laws of the State of Idaho, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE; WIT NESSETH: THAT GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the sun of one dollar and other valuable consideration , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged ; do, by these presents, Grant, Bargain , Sell and Convey unto said GRANTEE, and its assigns forever, an easement for public utilities in that certain parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Latah, State of Idaho, bounded and more particularly de sc r ibed es follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point West 205.0 feet and South 161.0 feet of the Northwest corner of Block 10 of the Replat of Moore's Addition to the City of Moscow, Idaho; thence West 20.0 feet to a point on the East line of a tract owned by the General Telephone Company and described in Latah County Tax Description #3234, said point also being the Northwest corner of the Philip L. Guilfoy tract; thence South 161.0 feet, along said East line and/or the West line of said Guilfoy tract, to an intersection with the North line of Street; thence East 20.0 feet along said North line; thence North 161.0 feet, parallel to the East: line of the General Tele phone Company tract, to the point of beginning. Along with the right to go upon the property to repair or service any utilities located t.hereon. GRANTORS warrant that GRANTORS shall take no action to interfere with GRANTEE'S reasonable use of said easement.
