448584 DEED OF DEDICATION SALSBURY FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Latah County, Idaho, GRANTORS, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and dedicate for public use and right-of-way, the following described real property, situated in the county of Latah, state of Idaho, to-wit: A portion of a platted 80 toot wide public right-of-way located within the Plat of Section 16, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, Boise Meridian, Latah County, Idaho, said plat recorded in Plat Book 2, page 36 on file with the recorder's office of said Latah County, said platted portion being previously vacated as documented by OAR. E. Book 21, page 372 on file wtlh said recorder's office, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 27 of said Plat of Section 16, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence east 60 feet along the south boundary of said lot 27 and along the north line of said 80 foot right-of-way; thence south 40 feet to the centerline of said right-of-way; thence west 100 feet along said centerline to the centerline of a platted north-south 80 foot wide right-of-way; thence north 40 feet along said north-south centerline; thence east 40 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
