RESOLUTION NO 2000-01 A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL THE CITY OF MOSCOW. IDAHO AUTHORIZING MARSHALL H. COMSTOCK TO SIGN ALL APPLICATIONS. LOAN AGREEMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO WASTEWATER FACILITIES DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION LOANS. WHEREAS. the City of Moscow intends to design and construct wastewater treatment and disposal for the City of Moscow: such proJect being necessary to address the needs of the area for health, safety and well being of the people; and WHEREAS, the project is to be developed in accordance with the requirements of Public La\\ 92-500 and 95-217. and will construct facilities to serve the needs of the area: and WHEREAS, the costs of the design and construction of the wastewater facilities arc eligible for State Revolving Loan Funds; NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW. IDAHO, that Marshall H. Comstock, Mayor. is duly authorized to sign applications, loan agreements and amendments, and other documents relating to wastewater facilities design and construction loans.
