RESOLUTION NO. 93-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, SETTING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR LICENSES FOR TREE SERVICE CONTRACTORS AND TREE SERVICE CERTIFICATION. WHEREAS the Moscow City Council has adopted the Community Forestry Ordinance; and WHEREAS the Community Forestry Ordinance requires that Tree Service Contractor and Tree Service Certification licenses be obtained from the City; and WHEREAS the fee for such licenses is to be set from time to time by the City Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW THAT: 1. The Clerk of the City of Moscow is authorized, ordered and empowered to charge an applicant$ 25. 00 for the issuance of a Tree Service Contractors license.
