AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO AND AS SOCIA TED ARCHITECTS, LLP THIS AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO AND ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS, LLP (hereinafter "Amended Agreement") is made and entered into this _25_ day of ..Se.\oe k" , 20 by and between the City of Moscow, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State ofldaho, 206 East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho, 83843 (hereinafter "City"), and Associated Architects, LLP, 129 West Third Street, Moscow, Idaho, 83843 (hereinafter "Architect"), pursuant to the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions contained in the Agreement between the above mentioned Parties dated the 25th day of January, 2017. This Amended Agreement modifies the Scope of Work and defines compensation for Architectural Services provided under the existing Services Agreement between Architect and City under the original contract Agreement dated January 25, 2017. City and Architect hereby agree to modify the above-referenced Agreement as set forth in this Amended Agreement. All provisions of the Agreement not modified by this or previous Amendments remain in effect. The Project is as follows: Provide bidding assistance for re-bidding the 1912 Center Roofing System Replacement Project (hereinafter "Project"). SCOPE OF WORK This Amended Agreement includes: 1. amending the construction documents, reflecting that the Project is being re-bid; 2. distributing bid documents; 3. providing a plan holders list; 4. conducting a pre-bid conference; 5. answering questions; 6. providing clarification of documents; 7. issuing any addenda; and 8. assisting with the bid opening. Bidding Services - The purpose of this Amended Agreement is to include a second bid process. Architect will provide a draft advertisement for City's use in the public advertisement process for bidding the construction of the approved design plans and specifications. Architect to conduct a pre-bid meeting, provide support during bidding, tabulate the bid proposals, analyze the responsiveness of the bidders, and make recommendations for awarding contract(s) for construction to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. For budgeting purposes, assumes one bid process. City will pay for advertising costs. 1912 CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT REBID SERVICES ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS, LLP AND CITY PAGE 1 OF2 ---PAGE BREAK--- TIME OF COMPLETION and COMPENSATION SCHEDULE Project schedule shall be amended to reflect completion on or before September 30, 2018. The not-to-exceed amount to complete all services listed above for this Amended Agreement is five hundred dollars ($500). No compensation will be paid over the not-to-exceed amount without prior written approval by City in the form of a contract amendment. invoices shall be billed as a percentage of work completed. Any and all travel will only be reimbursed if pre approved by City's Project Manager, and only per the City of Moscow Travel Policy. Printing and reproduction, postage, and long distance phone calls shall be reimbursed at one point one percent (1.1 times the invoice cost and only if pre-approved by the Project Manager and accompanied by an itemized receipt. Such cost should be less than two hundred dollars ($200).
