The storage enclosure would be approximately 650 square feet with a roof supported by wood structure and concrete block columns, a concrete slab-on-grade floor. and 8 feet high chain link fence at the perimeter. Power would be extended to an outlet within the enclosure. As you noted. this storage enclosure was not originally a project requirement and therefore will require som.: extra effort for NAC and our consultants . Our efforts include the design, engineering, and detailing of the enclosure, revisions to the landscape and irrigation plans, and issuing and reviewing the change proposaL Construction administration can be covered under our original contract and by ChiCk Mabbutt with his current hourly billing rate.
