RESOLUTION NO. 90-09 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF REVISED FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULATORY CHARGES AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, the City Council deems existing fees set by earlier ordinances general fee resolution; it advisable to adopt and resolutions in one NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow as follows: 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, be in force and effect in all matters relating to fees from and after the 1st day of october, 1990. 2. That any resolution or provision thereof which is inconsistent with this resolution is hereby repealed. ADOPTED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 17th day of September, 1990. Before such work can be recommenced, a new permit shall be obtained and the fee shall be one-half (1/2) of the amount required for a new permit for such work, provided no changes have been made or will be made in the original plans and specifications for such work; and provided further, that such suspension or abandonment has not exceeded one year.
