RESOLUTION NO. 89-19 WHEREAS, Moscow's Statement of Mission sets forth the great value this community places on maintaining high educational standards; and WHEREAS, it is essential to have adequate classroom space to maintain high educational standards; and WHEREAS, more than eight years have passed since this community supported the building bond for the high school remodel; and WHEREAS, District #281 threatened by the Board of Trustees of has found that the quality of inadequate facilities; and t'ioscow School its system is WHEREAS, the Board has called for an election on a 5.6 million dollar building bond le'TY on October 24, 1989. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, that passage of this bond election is necessary to maintain the existing quality of education in Moscow. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED this 25th day of September, 1989. ATTEST:
