RESOLUTION NO. 94-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, SETTING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR APPLICATIONS AND LICENSES FOR BUILDING CONTRACTORS. WHEREAS the Moscow City Council has adopted the Contractor's Licensing Ordinance; and WHEREAS the Contractor's Licensing Ordinance requires that Building Contractors licenses be obtained from the City; and WHEREAS the fcc for such licenses is to be set from time to time by the City Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW THAT: 1. The Clerk of the City of Moscow is authorized, ordered and empowered to charge an applicant $ 15.00 for the application for a Building Contractors license. 2. The Clerk of the City of Moscow is authorized, ordered and empowered to charge an applicant $45.00 for the issuance of a Building Contractors license.
