STATE OF IDAHO Idaho State Police Action has been taken on your grant application, and subject to the Special Conditions and Grant Acceptances listed on the Idaho State Police (ISP) Planning, Grants, and Research (PGR) Grants Management System (GMS), the Grant Review Council hereby awards: Subgrantee: City of Moscow/Mayor Project Title: Moscow Police Department- MDT Project Grant Number: 11 RJ09 MP in the amount of $60 ,190 CFDA: 16 .803 and CFDA Title: Recovery Act- Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program/Grants to States and Territories This grant will be administered in conformity with the administrative policies and fiscal requirements of the Grant Review Council, ISP, Department of Justice Office for Civil Rights, the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and the Edward Byrne Memorial J ustice Assistance Grant. The Federal Award Number for 2009 Recovery Act JAG is 2009-SU- 89-0046. The grant period will be for one year, starting on the date of electronic acceptance of the award by both the Project Director and Financial Officer in GMS. The acceptance date is the earliest date the grant may begin, unless it's prior to PGR's established start date. No grant funds may be obligated or spent until the award is fully executed in GMS. The Grant Review Council makes this award based on the facts and conditions described in the subgrantee's application. Any changes thereto must be made and approved by the Grant Review Council through PGR. The signatory hereby certifies that he/she is the Executive Official or has been formally designated as the signing authority by the appropriate governing body or official of the sub grantee entity and accepts the above described grant award on its behalf, agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth herein or incorporated by reference in GMS. Furthermore, David Duke and Don Palmer hereby certify that as the Project Director and the Financial Officer named in the application have read, agreed to, and will comply with the Special Conditions and Grant Acceptances during administration of this grant. Information regarding the signing authority, or the delegation of such authority, will be placed in a file maintained by the Project Director and available on-site for immediate review. This subaward document must be printed, signed by the Executive Official of the Applicant Agency, scanned, and attached to the project in GMS.
